Meet the Team
Rachel is a Colorado native who moved to the Denver metro area in 2001 from Pueblo. She enjoys living in Parker with her husband and 3 young children.
Given that purposeful work is important to her, Rachel has spent her career working in healthcare; her first job was that of a nurse aide on the geriatric ward of the state hospital. Rachel has a Master’s in Business Administration and has been serving seniors in assisted living communities for over 10 years.
Partnering to meet the needs of your loved ones is the foundation in which she approaches the oversight of the community. It is the highest honor to serve our elders, and she welcomes the opportunity to meet you at any time.
As the Rosemark® Business Office Manager, Andrea manages the human resource functions as well as some accounting functions at Rosemark®.
She has been working in the healthcare field for the past several years. She started her career as a caregiver and a certified medication assistant.
She moved into administration to continue to learn and pave her career in senior living. She is passionate about ensuring all residents are treated with respect and dignity.
Gina is a Colorado native who brings an impressively extensive 20+ year background in senior care to our team. Gina specializes in staff recruiting, retention and training along with Dementia care planning, creating and implementing care systems that previous companies still practice.
Gina credits her mother with being a true role model in her life. She recalls her mother always telling her, “If you are going to do something, do it well. Stick to doing what is right by people by always being ethical, kind and caring.” Working in health care over the years Gina has been rewarded by the simple fact of helping others. Gina states, “it is much more than a paycheck; it is a smile of gratitude even when it can’t be spoken, a glimmer of relief in the eyes of someone when you are able to hold their hand and tell them it will be okay.”
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sister and nephew soaking up the Colorado sun and cooking for her friends and family.
For the majority of Lita’s life, she has been personally invested in the happiness and wellbeing of others. Lita has always sought to instill this happiness by sharing her eclectic passions and knowledge of the world with those most in need. If you asked her, she’d say she began this journey many years ago during her graduate school internship for her Master’s degree in Recreation in Puerto Rico at the Caribe Hilton. After spending many years as a Fitness instructor working with senior citizens, she realized she had a passion for this population and wanted to do more with them. Little did she know that years later, she would circle back to the realm of Activities through the senior living environment.
In the years since, Lita has worked extensively to brighten the lives of seniors through 10+ years of teaching water exercise classes, Fallproof Balance training, and beginner steel drum lessons. More recently, Lita has gotten to share these passions with residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Support.
Lita is first and foremost a people person, and loves connecting with all types of people from all walks of life. She has forged many deep connections with the residents she’s worked with over the years and is thankful for the gift of these connections.
Lita has traveled extensively throughout her life, and gained a love of international music, culture, and food; a passion she regularly shares with residents. She was born in New York, and has spent the last 30 years in Denver, where she has raised her 2 (now grown) children and lives with her husband Alan. When she’s not at work she fills her time with music, travel, fitness, and enjoying ethnic foods. She regularly plays Steel Drums in both a performance and practice band. She believes in natural wellness and in always challenging herself and others. Lita is excited to share her passions with the residents at Rosemark at Mayfair Park.
