Does Rosemark® at Mayfair Park allow pets?

Absolutely! Your cuddly cat, small dog or certified service animal is welcome here. A pet deposit is required, and you must be able to care for or arrange care for your pet.

What kind of activities does Rosemark® at Mayfair Park offer?

Our activities and programs engage both the bodies and minds of older adults with gardening, fitness classes, crafts, painting, pottery, woodworking, poetry, self-defense, board games, trivia challenges, singing, trips to major Denver entertainment venues, outings to nearby Mayfair Park, foreign language classes and more. What type of wellness monitoring is in place?

Our people will get to know you and are trained to notice small changes that may signal a change in health status. Our Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care expert, trained in the Positive Approach™ to Care (PAC), will interact with you on a regular basis. What is assisted living?

If you need help with one or more things we normally do in daily living such as dressing, bathing, meals, housekeeping and medication reminders, an assisted living community may be perfect for you. At Rosemark® at Mayfair Park, you’ll receive the support you need to age successfully and to retain your independence. What is memory care?

Rosemark’s® memory support helps those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia find peace, contentment, and purpose through simulating therapeutic activities, such as strolling through secure gardens, excursions, exercise, and massage therapy. Our memory support program is based on scientific research that treats both the physical and psychological effects of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Read more about Rosemark® Trellis Memory Support.

What is respite care?

Families caring for a loved one at home may occasionally require a safe, supportive environment for their older adult while they attend to other matters. Rosemark® respite care is available in both our assisted living and memory support neighborhoods and is intended for stays of 14 to 60 days. Read more about Rosemark’s® respite care.


Do you provide moving services?

We can help with your moving plans. We rely on relocation professionals to assist you in preparing for your move, selling your home and space planning for your new apartment.

How do I become a Rosemark® at Mayfair Park resident?

First, contact Rosemark® at Mayfair Park for a visit. During your tour, we’ll discuss your specific care needs and how we can best meet them. Then, we’ll arrange for an application, followed by a rental agreement on the apartment of your choice. A health evaluation will determine the perfect amount of support you’ll need for your blooming life. Our services are arranged in levels so you only pay for the care and support you need. What is included in the monthly fee?

Costs reflect each resident’s individualized plan and monthly apartment rental. Every resident receives wellness monitoring and 24/7 call technology, three meals and day and snacks, weekly personal laundry, including fresh towels and linens, scheduled transportation to community programs and all of our in-house programming activities.

Rosemark’s® level-of-care system simplifies how assisted services are charged, making them easier to understand. To ensure that residents pay only for services they need, a Rosemark® licensed nurse performs assessments, which are reviewed by the residents and families prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, upon request with a change of condition, and annually.

Does Rosemark® accept long-term care insurance and VA benefits?

Yes! Rosemark® is a private-pay community. Some of our residents have tapped into Elderlife and used their long-term care insurance to help them enjoy a comfortable retirement at Rosemark® . We also honor VA aid and attendance benefits. This is a tax-free benefit that pays up to $2,085 for a veteran and spouse, $1,758 for a single veteran, and $1,130 for a surviving spouse.
