Rachel GonzalesRachel Gonzales
Executive Director

Rachel is a Colorado native who moved to the Denver metro area in 2001 from Pueblo. She enjoys living in Parker with her husband and 3 young children. Her free time is spent with her family and is an avid reader. She volunteers a fair amount of her time as well, particularly with her church.

Given that purposeful work is important to her, Rachel has spent her career working in healthcare; her first job was that of a nurse aide on the geriatric ward of the state hospital. It’s been exciting to see the changes in dementia care since then given the emphasis on treating residents with dignity. She worked in a medical office setting for 10 years and moved to Denver to further her education. Rachel has a Master’s in Business Administration and has been serving seniors in assisted living communities for over 10 years. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, open communication and relentless follow up. She believes that people want to do the right thing, so it’s essential to train and development people for the roles in which they serve. Partnering to meet the needs of your loved ones is the foundation in which she approaches the oversight of the community. It is the highest honor to serve our elders, and she welcomes the opportunity to meet you at any time.

With more than 15 years in healthcare, both as a certified nursing assistant and as a business specialist, Jennifer brings caregiving and procedural strengths to Rosemark. She has worked in an assisted living community as well as with physicians’ practices and medical foundations. As Rosemark’s assisted executive director, Jennifer helps our community remain on the leading edge of technology and training.

Jennifer made the journey into assisted living as a consumer when her great-grandmother began showing signs of dementia. “Rosemark is far ahead of most communities in terms of quality care and beautiful accommodations,” she said.

A native of north Denver, Jennifer keeps busy on the weekends cheering on her son’s football team and attending her daughter’s musical and theater performances. The family also loves to camp and hike.

Gina is a Colorado native who brings an impressively extensive 20+ year background in senior care to our team. Gina specializes in staff recruiting, retention and training along with Dementia care planning, creating and implementing care systems that previous companies still practice.

Gina credits her mother with being a true role model in her life. She recalls her mother always telling her, “If you are going to do something, do it well. Stick to doing what is right by people by always being ethical, kind and caring.” Working in health care over the years Gina has been rewarded by the simple fact of helping others. Gina states, “it is much more than a paycheck; it is a smile of gratitude even when it can’t be spoken, a glimmer of relief in the eyes of someone when you are able to hold their hand and tell them it will be okay.”

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sister and nephew soaking up the Colorado sun and cooking for her friends and family.

LEAF Director

Anne has been a warm and nurturing presence at Rosemark from the beginning. A former Live, Enrich, Aspire, Flourish (LEAF) guide, Anne has earned the trust and confidence of our residents. On any given day, you’ll find Anne easily connecting with residents over a cup of tea, a game of Scrabble or a life story.

“Our older adults have so much knowledge,” she explained. “I love helping them open up and share their life experiences.” Anne genuinely values each resident’s unique gifts. With every interaction, she gently affirms their sense of worth.

Anne grew up in an extended family, where caring for older relatives was a part of everyday life. She began her career working with emotionally challenged children, before taking time off to raise a family of her own. Now that her kids are grown, Anne has focused her organizational and caregiving skills on Rosemark’s Arbor LEAF program, where she develops and implements activities that benefit our assisted living residents.

Resident Service Director

Over the past decade, Erica has worked in nearly every aspect of senior living management, from financial operations to human resources to activities director. She has a passion for serving older adults and gently engaging them with humor. You’ll find Erica enthusiastic, open and warm. She has a knack for listening intently to the families who come through our doors, discerning what matters most to them, and genuinely addressing those concerns. She approaches every family as unique, and it shows in her attitude.

Erica is currently finishing her associate’s degree in health information technology. Her free time is devoted to her son and husband, scrapbooking and party planning.

Resident Advisor

As a Rosemark resident advisor, Amy guides older adults and their families in finding the Rosemark services and accommodations that best fit their needs. With a background in programs and admissions for a local senior housing nonprofit, Amy could not be better equipped for the task.

“I was attracted to the Rosemark community because of the physical beauty of the building,” she said, “and the respectful, thoughtful and responsive nature of the management and staff.” She is passionate about meeting seniors many and varied needs and learning about their diverse and rich backgrounds.

Amy has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. She is a Denver native, married with three children and enjoys skiing, volunteering and reading a good book!

Culinary Services Director

Caring for others is central to Elena’s character. Within the assisted living world, she has served as head chef, pastry chef, and activities director. She has also been an addictions and eating disorders counselor. As our Culinary Services Director, Elena brings a deep understanding of our relationship with food – emotionally and nutritionally. Look forward to more delicious, satisfying meals from our kitchens, and even a British High Tea or two!

Blane WebsterBlane Webster
Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping

Blane is originally from the south and brings 40+ years of construction related experience to Rosemark, which includes being certified in mold and water mitigation as well as OSHA safety. His firm knowledge of building maintenance and management has proven to be a great asset to Rosemark. Blane has really enjoyed his time at Rosemark and loves connecting with the residents. He thrives on making our residents happy whether it’s hanging their pictures on the wall or enjoying a joke together. He finds it rewarding to serve seniors.

Blane has lived in Colorado for the past 18 years and enjoys the mountains and the great outdoors. He resides in Conifer with his wife, Brenda and their dog, Gracie. As a hobby, he enjoys woodworking, especially building birdhouses.
