Our very own Julie Dailey and Vanessa Tucker shared best practices with an audience of nearly 60 professional peers at the Colorado Assisted Living Association spring conference, held April 27 and 28 in Denver.
Rosemark LEAF (Live, Enrich, Aspire, Flourish) Director Julie Dailey spoke about planning and implementing activities that keep assisted living residents engaged and learning. She also recommended proper staffing levels to assure programs success.
In addition, Rosemark Executive Director Vanessa Tucker participated in a roundtable discussion that highlighted the core competencies that make an administrator a true professional.
Colorado Assisted Living Association influences the policies, regulations and legislative changes affecting the senior care industry. Its members think outside the box to challenge assisted living community leaders to be more innovative in how they provide care to seniors today and into the future.
“We’re very proud of our executive team of thought leaders, as well as our nurturing caregivers and support staff,” said Anne Rosen, Rosemark Senior Living principal. “Rosemark intentionally challenges assumptions about assisted living and memory support communities,” she added.
Because Rosemark is independently owned and locally operated, leaders like Vanessa and Julie can implement new ideas quickly and immediately respond to resident needs. This makes for a very lively, innovative environment for both the residents and the employees of Rosemark.
